防爆区域内必须使用防爆电气设备，这是危化行业人人都熟知的常识。防爆接线箱作为工业安全领域的关键设备，其设计和制造都遵循着严格的标准和规范。但是防爆电气设备的随意改造往往被忽略。防爆电气设备的改造是指在防爆电气取得防爆认证后，供货商或者企业根据现场实际情况改造，往往有以下几种情况：

依据GB_T 3836.13-2021《爆炸性环境 第13部分：设备的修理、检修、修复和改造》4.3.4.2 如果进行了改造，未经附加评定，设备将不再适合在爆炸性环境中使用。如果进行了修改，但未进行附加评定，则应移除或更改标签，以明确表明设备不符合防爆合格证。

也就是说电气设备防爆改造后，未重新认证评定，则原防爆认证失效，相当于防爆区域使用非防爆电气设备，属于重大隐患。
