防爆区域内必须使用防爆电气设备,这是危化行业人人都熟知的常识。防爆接线箱作为工业安全领域的关键设备,其设计和制造都遵循着严格的标准和规范。但是防爆电气设备的随意改造往往被忽略。防爆电气设备的改造是指在防爆电气取得防爆认证后,供货商或者企业根据现场实际情况改造,往往有以下几种情况:

依据GB_T 3836.13-2021《爆炸性环境 第13部分:设备的修理、检修、修复和改造》4.3.4.2 如果进行了改造,未经附加评定,设备将不再适合在爆炸性环境中使用。如果进行了修改,但未进行附加评定,则应移除或更改标签,以明确表明设备不符合防爆合格证。

也就是说电气设备防爆改造后,未重新认证评定,则原防爆认证失效,相当于防爆区域使用非防爆电气设备,属于重大隐患。
